Absolutely Fantastic Stay!
amazing host hearty breakfast parking pass great location
Andrew was an amazing host he really were very good for us I really enjoyed the hearty breakfast it kept me full all day. I was able to use a parking pass on the street directly outside , made everything very easy for me I had a car full of belongings. The location was wonderful it was just a short walk from the local amenities and attractions
The decor in some areas was a bit dated for my personal taste even though the guest house was clean and the rooms were comfortable

The room was clean it also had lovely towels and bed linen the bed was particularly comfortable. We had plenty of room for our luggage and personal items. This helped.

Andrew was very friendly and helpful he gave our boys Easter eggs at check out and that was a nice touch. He makes a special breakfast each morning for my wife she does not eat a cooked breakfast

small room slow breakfast service
I was a little disappointed with my room, named 'standard double room'. it felt quite small, and there wasn't much space to move around, especially with my luggage, though the cleanliness was fine! the walls seemed thin. I could hear noises from other rooms. the breakfast service was slow. there was a significant wait before my order arrived.

the breakfast was good.
the shower head seemed very old and in need of replacement.. i think they could invest in some new ones. also, the hairdryer in the room didn't even work, so styling my hair was out of the question.

A Good Coastal Retreat

Andrew, the host. He showed genuine care. I got a room upgrade with a lovely sea view. It was quiet on the second floor. I found ample hot water in the shower and the bed was very large. It ensured a restful night. The provision of a parking pass for the street outside was beneficial. It made parking much easier.
The decor could use a modern refresh. It felt a little dated overall.

fantastic seafront stay!
seafront location clean room helpful host
the hotel is located right on the seafront. the room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. andrew, the host, was available and helpful with information. he ensured we had the best stay possible, which i appreciated very much.
the shower head in the bathroom was quite old. it could use an update to improve the water flow. this was the only minor issue i encountered.

My room included a huge bed and was fabulous. It offered a lovely space to relax. the room was also very warm, and the restocked tea and coffee were welcome. cleanliness was perfect throughout.

breakfast was freshly cooked each morning, i thought that was great. the food was hot. it was served on hot plates and the hotel sourced local produce for all the meals. the variety included cereals, toast, and juice.

the hotel is a couple minutes walk from the beach. free parking is not far from the hotel. this. the promenade offered wonderful sea views.
